Smile Crabbing and shrimping has been GOOD!

Well I haven't been on here in awhile but finally got around to downloading pictures all the way back to labor day. So here are some pictures. Hope you all enjoy.

My wife netting some nice crabs.

    Got him!

These guys will keep you on your toes!

Randy doing what he does "second best".......Holding a beer.....Drinking is what he does best!

I thought this was a cool picture.......If you look close you can see the rare flying crab!

    More crabs

And my favorite.....The shrimp!! This is 2 limits from 2 different trips. The 2nd picture is of the ones I caught today (friday)

Hope you all enjoyed the pictures.

    Thumbs up

Excellent report and pics! It's been decades since I've gone crabbing and those pics bring back some great memories!

We used to use chicken necks on a wire hanger and form it into a ring, now you can't even buy chicken necks in the stores anymore.

Those shrimp look good! I'd love to be able to catch a mess of those!... I like mine boiled in cheap beer and Zatarains shrimp and crab boil.:D

Cher, it looks like you've been REALLY busy! Make hay (Or gumbo fixins) while the sun shines, and we'll play later!

    Default Nice crabs and shrimp

Nice catch I'm going next week. Those crabs sure are pretty I caught 25 #'s of shrimp and 6 dozen crabs last week and am ready to get some more. I'm hoping to catch early so i can do a little fishing also. Were you at Sabine Refruge it looks like it.

Yes I was at Sabine. The crabs I caught at the nature trail and the first limit of shrimp was caught there too, the 2nd limit of shrimp was caught at the wiers pass Hog Island.

    Cool MeMe!

    Hey Dwyane,
I'm gonna talk to Anna about going to Harold's camp in a couple of weeks, if he'll have us.
Let me know which Friday you are off..... Please!
