Is it June or September? The fog rolled in, the lake got calm, and the fish went crazy at the pier heads. We lost a couple of big kings, and others, but the kings, cohos, and browns all were hitting this morning. The alewife are thick in close and the feed is on. Maybe some of the best fishing of the year is yet to come. Heavy rain is on the way, and most of the action is when the muddy river water is pushing out. J-plugs and glow spoons in any color took fish.
