Cook some crappie like this…after cooking and consuming this fish with “bite” in the mix go fishing my friend. Add the glaze after frying for something different.
Breading:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
Milk Mixture:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp hot sauce
Glaze (optional):
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika

Awesome! Brother, NIP tide Friday - Monday in The Wastehouse and East Pearl, I will be fishing, high spotting more like it. I have a couple of members who I give fishing reports to, they both work hard and with family both do not have the time to spend looking like I do. Also one Outdoor writer gets very regular reports of what's happening fresh & saltwater in the Pearl Delta. When they show up here the are already in Single Poling spots on The Rez.

Day before yesterday I brought my old GoPro to get some footage fishing and for all the things I can do I'm GoPro illiterate. The batteries need replacing, I turned on the camera and it stayed on for all of 1 minute then turned itself off. Dead battery. I switched batteries, tried to get the voice control to work but my voice is just raspy enough it would not work. We ran into the same problem while making the "Green Shiner" article. The writer's voice is very clear and he could talk to my camera and it worked fantastic. I'm ordering batteries today.
