Thread: Homemade Country Wine Production

I'm starting to put bottles in the new rack. All my wines get a gold leaf label around the seal with the wine's name. I add those at the end of all bottling.

Bottled the last of the Raz-a-rita and the Lemon today. Man the Lemon is super smooth already. Easy drinking 10.4% ABV, real rich Meyer Lemon flavor, great body. This new recipe is a keeper, I will post it soon.



I color code the wine bottles with the seals. Lemon get the yellow, looks great on the Tequila bottles. I wish I had enough to bottle all the Lemon in clear bottles.

My wife consumes more wine than I do. I just wish she drank what I made but no she drinks the "Good Stuff". I can make a couple of cases for what some of her bottles go for.

Put a possum label over her spensive labels maybe she will consume yours…
