Like Pithon said- leave city water out for a day or two and the chlorine will go away!
I won one of the 13Q coolers a few months ago. I'm looking forward to having time to go use it. The full net will make water changes easy. I have a bottle of ammonia remover for fish tanks that I keep in my old minnow bucket that I am going to move to this new cooler. Its handy if you have to go a few days without changing the water to just add 1-2 drops to help keep them alive longer.

I have a 19 and we get a pound to start the trip. Then we get a pound a day and add to what we didn't use the day before. We have easily had 2 pounds in it and kept them alive. We change the water with lake water when we come in and plug the aireator into my 12 volt system at night. I have also learned to keep the lid cracked open at night to let the ammonia out.
