Does it have a black nose? Just can't see it if it's there.
I've heard of them being called "magnolia" crappie. The stripe is the identifier. Supposed to be a black/white hybrid and not able to spawn.

Yes, there are Magnolia Crappie ... but I don't know how far their distribution goes. :dono

Yep, it's a Magnolia Black Nose Crappie. I wasnt aware of any in Tennessee, but who knows?
