I’m pretty sure this is where he got the wrinkle agent to add to normal powder paint. It’s from eBay but the seller is from Ukraine so who knows how that would go now.

They look excellent! Would love to be able to make the one on the far left in the bottom picture.

Have you ever tried curing the base coat and then adding the crinkle and cure it again?

SuperDave is correct, that's where I got the additive from. Just a little goes a long way. Been using it with my Pearl ex pigments that helps regular paint fluff up. Now I can get any color to wrinkle or crinkle. They keep getting better, some color combinations are wild now, definitely have the "WOW" factor.

fish_4_any, I don't remember what I used for the basecoat but the green is bright green with the wrinkle additive and flame red with the wrinkle additive with the silver crinkle. I tried painting some crinkle over heads that were previously painted and it didn't work. I heat my heads only once before dipping and brush tapping the colors I want on them trying to put more paint on the nose of each jig since I hang them with the heads up and let gravity and oven heat create the movement I want.

Ahh! You add the wrinkle to all the colors, that makes a lot of sense!

Thanks Sonny, it means a lot hearing that from you. I was only painting single color heads until I started talking to you.
