I have been doing this a couple years but I have a mod that puts more wire in the back of the head and collar area. My coil is a lil offset but it works well anyway.
Mold modification did not look exactly like I wanted. It sure holds the plastic though! 1/16 oz is big enough to hold the coil but not enough lead to cover the shaft. The 1/8 oz would look much better but I don't fish it near as often.

KO Joe LIKED above post
I guess what I should have said was if I want to use a blade I use my round head mold that has been modified. select the color jig wanted, spin on a blade onto the coil and then the plastic. I do fish horsehead jigs but not with plastic. They are all tied. If I want a different blade spin off the tail then the blade and select a different blade and repeat. In a minute I'm back in the water.
My round heads with the coil come out a lot better than with the horse head, much like yours. I really like the way you did the blade.
is there different sizes of screw locks?
Not that I know of. But I only deal with Do-It for them.
