I use fingers and then a straight pick screw driver to get any tiny pieces into place. Never done anything that small but do deal with a lot of wire guards, wire keepers, wire inserts, swivels and what not.
What is the fastest way you have found to put hooks into small molds? I have m molds that range from several ounces to 1/100 Oz. The smaller jig molds are a pain to load. I have tried magnetic strips, cards and even magnet strips glued to popsicle sticks.
What's your trick?

Use fingers one at a time.

Practice and muscle memory. I hold the mold the same way and go through the same steps regardless of jig size or mold (doit or custom). All tools etc are in easy reach and are put back in the same spot each time. The only thing I add to help with picking up hooks is I place a bunch of the hooks onto a plastic cutting board I have on my work bench. This just helps me feel the hook and pick up due to the smooth surface and keeps me from having to untangle hooks taken from the box
