    The base coat is Blaze Orange Powder Paint and the tip is chartreuse powder paint. Then baked bout 20+ minutes at around 300. It actually works better on Minnow Heads or Bullet shape heads........they do catch fish. Do bunches in 1/16 and 3/32 minnow heads.
