Can't remember the whole thread, but I remember some post's when he first started making lead molds about this problem. If I remember correctly there was something about opening up the vent area to let the air escape better and letting lead flow in better to fill cavity. This is just my thought on the hard to remove. That tells me you have a more precise bait. Good for someone like me who just pours a few for myself. For someone who likes to pour a bunch at a time like yourself or someone like light wire who has to pour production it is not a good thing. JW, you might get on his forum and do some reading or do a serch on here and hopefully find the answer to the pouring problem. I know some where I read someone had figured it out.
