Well as expected it pours like a new pot ...lol
It does seem to heat up quicker (I didn't time it or anything it just didn't seem like I had to wait as long)
It seems to have a larger flow turned wide open and the flow control is easier to adjust
The pour spout is larger and is tapered which make it fit a larger variety of molds better (it fits my Jacobs molds real nice .... a lot better than my Lee pot)

Right now ... like any new lead pot it pours like a dream the real test will be after it gets a few miles on it than I'll be able to tell what I got

Do I like it better than my OLD Lee pot... of course its new it has no wear on it I loved my Lee pot when it was new also and I can buy 4 - 20 lb and 1 - 10 lb Lee pots for what this 1 pot cost

But if I count the little things I like about this pot
    Faster heating
Higher capacity ( only 2 pounds .. not much)
    Higher flow
    Easy flow control
    On off switch
No back and the legs are not in the way

Would I spend the money again ....
    Yep

I just hope I feel the same way in a few years

Does the spout clog up on these as bad as they do on the lees?

Yeah, I would like an update to see if there is any difference now that the pot has had a few miles put on it.CF

    I'm still happy with mine
No drips yet (no real ones anyway a drop will form at the end of the spout every once in a while but stays most of the time)
There is a learning curve with temp settings and flow control this pot seems to want to move a lot of lead quick so watch the flow or you could get burnt quick

I am happy so far the real test is time its still new and running smooth so we will have to wait and see

You will be happy with your purchase I think
I know I am (for now)

Got my new furnace today and assembled it. Hopefully, I'll get to play with it this evening. I will comment on it when I have used it some.

Used the furnace a little tonight. I can see I will have to get used to it, I can already tell it's going to much better than the lee I have.
