Do-It molds customization
Do you guys know of anybody that can alter a Do-It mold Pro-Series to accept the Do-It Screw Lok?
I realize they have a mold, Round Head Jig Mold - JNR-6-SLA. But was wanting to pour more than just one head size at a time.
I called Do-It and they stated they didn't have a problem with someone altering their mold.
If it can't be done.....Does it take a long time to pour heads one at a time? Would you put the hook in the size you want and pour them all at once and then just re-melt the other heads?

I have some I have to pour one at a time and it goes faster than you would think but when pouring a couple hundred it takes a lonnnng time!! If you pour all the sizes the mold would get to hot to handle where pouring one it doesn't.
Getting work done on a mold, it's hard to find anyone. If you have a machine shop close to you try them, may be your best bet.

Thanks Stump.... I called a few machine shops and got two responses:
1. They had no idea what I was asking them to do....
2. They only deal with commercial companies....
Thanks for the tip... I may just have to bite the bullet and do one at a time. I'm really only interested in 1/8 oz and 1/4 oz.
