Alky burner. 6-7 seconds on 1/16 and 8-9 seconds on 1/8 then dip. Don't have experience with a fluid bed or spray gun. I can paint 100 jigs in about an hour then take a break while they are baking.
I think I paid $15 for my master mechanic dual temp heat gun off ebay, brand new. Its low 400º and high 800º. I just use it on low since it can't melt the jigs. On bigger jigs I lay one on top of the gun while I dip a hot one, then set a cold on the heat gun and dip the hot one, and repeat. That's for 1/8+

I use a small torch that a plumber might use. Since I pour jigs from 1 oz. on down I can adjust for the temp I want. I can get 2 to 3 years out of a small propane bottle. And I believe baking is a must.
Walmart also sees the heat guns near there paint section. There yellow wagners I belive

The commercial guys use a torch for the speed. I use a heat gun for consistency and blending my paint. I have 5 different kinds of material on each jig and I do not bake mine for my personal use.I lose them faster than the paint wears off. Commercial guys need to bake for packaging durability and customer satisfaction.

This is not how I do it but it should work
Buy the jig clamps that people use to bake jigs
Fill them with as many jigs as you can
Put them in your toaster oven to heat them
Take the whole clamp out after it gets warm hold them upsidedown and dip the heads into a large fluid bed ( you should be able to find a squar fluid bed that can acomidate these clamps) the larger fluid bed will require a larger amount of paint to operate but you will not use any more paint than normal on the jigs
You would be painting a rack per dip instead of one jig head per dip
With 2 toaster ovens and enough clamps to fill three toaster ovens this could become a relatively quick process
While one set is baking and one set is heating you could be loading the next set and just keep rotating them
This is just an idea I have been kicking around but I think it would work out great

The commercial painters use heat lamps and a conveyor system. Jigs are on a line that go though the heat lamps to heat, then through giant fluid beds to paint, then back through more lamps to cure. Its really a cool process to watch. The one I saw does about 2000 jigs and hour (one every 2 seconds).
I also do not bake the ones for personal use, unless its a walleye or bass jig that will be fished with bottom contact. For a crappie jig there is no sense in baking them as long as you get a good coat. By the time the fish knock the paint off the hook will be dull and the jig will be beat up, it gets tossed in the scrap lead pile.
I use a small propane torch and a rack with legs from a toaster oven and in the big oven they go for baking. I can put about 50 jigs on the rack but still single dipping.
If I dont ask its my fault for not knowing
