    I make a few spinners and I kinda prefer the 0.24 wire.

    Q - I like the .024 wire, except what a pickeral, northern or musky can do to it. And worse I hate to leave a fish with it stuck in his face.

    Why can't a regular hook be used? Have always hated those hooks, as most times more people get caught on them. I know guys who either cut two of the hooks off, or take it off and replace it with a single on plugs.

    S10 you can use any kind of hook you want. That's what is cool about making your own.

    Thank you for the link. Bass Pro doesn't carry it and I was trying to keep from a huge shipping fee but that will work right there.
