Need Help...Quick How-To Powder Paint For Me.
Bobo sent me and the boys some powderpaint to try out. Its rainy and nasty out today and thought since I was off we would try to dip some.
I have read about an alcohol burner. Do not have one and trying to "home remedy" this today. lol
Have a heat gun at the shop I could go get. Also have a really small propane torch I use to soldering on semi trailer wiring harnesses. I can adjust the flame on it. Also read where you can use a candle.
questions...
-How hot do you get the preheat??
-How long do you have before you bake them? Meaning can we dip say 10 then bake them all at the same time? Thought we would use a cookie sheet with a rack in the big oven today. No toaster oven yet.
-15mins at 350 degrees ok??
-How long to hold the head in the powder before pulling it back out?
-Are they good to go after cooling from baking? Or do they need to set for a time?
Thanks to bobo for getting us some to try and giving us some information. Just wanting to do this today with the boys, and not leave the house to go get anything. If a candle will work for preheat that would be easiest. I bet that mini torch turned down would work well.
Thanks for your input. Trying to have it all in my head before starting with the boys. Trial and Error not fun with 10 and 13 year olds. lol.

"But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 25:15
