Dremal with a 1/16 flat burr grinding bit. Go slow and hold it tight. Watch out for the area where the hook enters the jig head. To much off that area and it will flash through.
I have an order for 5/8th oz Ultra Minnow bucktails on 5/0 Owner 5319s, they're heavy duty saltwater hooks. I need to cut about 1/16th" worth of room extra for the eye to lay since the mold calls for 4/0 hooks, and possibly a bit deeper. What's the best tool to get it done with the least modification?
