Any of the automotive laquer paint dry fast . Nail polish which is mostly a laquer anyway will work .
CSI vinyl paint is the fastest but don't get plastics near it unless you clear coat with a clear nail polish or epoxy . CSI paints react with plastic and the paint will turn to a gooey mess .
