Ok I'm going to try and redo this

This is for building a 2" fluid bed which is really good for small jigs.

This was my example, I did not make this one:

This is the adhesive that Cadman recommended and it works well, get the squeeze tube it's more than enough!!!

Base, just a white tile

Brass air spout 3/16th

Bottom cups - these are threaded inside

Top cups - Make sure the bottom on the top cup is FLAT not beviled, it has to be flat to put the filter mesh on

Holes drilled and brass stems inserted but not sealed yet

Stems all sealed inside and out

Bottom attached to tile - center the cup on the tile and use a piece of sandpaper to rough the surface of the tile, put the adhesive on the bottom edge of the cup and press it on the tile. Use your finger to flatten it against the outside and inside just like on a sink.

Put them on a cookie sheet and place some heavy weight FLAT on top and let them sit for 3-4 days to cure
completed beds and cup

The mesh on the cups I got from another member here on the board - and I tried to order more through McMaster Carr and the stuff just wasn't right. TJ's tackle has pre-cut mesh for cups but you'd have to send him photo's of your cups to see if they're the right size Welcome to TJ's Tackle

I run three 2" beds at the same time using a Tetra Whisper 60 this one has dual air outlets (the picture shows a 20 but I took it back for the 60) and I use a three way air valve. Got both at PetSmart, make sure to get an extra pack of connectors.

Enjoy - they really don't take long you just have to have everything ready to go.
