Thread: Looking for a 2011-2013 Lowe Stinger 175 Camo

Man I could have hooked you up 6 months ago. Traded my 2014 in for a much needed truck and took a beating.

I have been used. Over the last several days I have been negotiating with a dealer in Louisiana for a Lowe Stinger Camo boat. We came to an agreed price and I told him I would be down 2/1 to pick up the boat. I asked about the down payment and he said not to worry that he would hold the boat through Friday evening. I had planned to leave early and be there around 2:00 pm. He requested that I call on Thursday to confirm, which I did. When I called he informed me that he was finishing the paper work with another buyer and that he paid $200 more than his asking price. I can only imagine how the conversation went from seller to buyer. Buyer - Is the boat for sale? Seller - Well I have a guy that is coming on Friday to buy the boat. Buyer - If I give you $200 more than asking would you sell it to me today? Seller - Sure. I have never done this to anyone and I grew up on a used car lot. A man is only as good as his word. After telling the seller this I very calmly said thanks for you time and hung up the phone. Bad day. Still searching. Denny
