    Default Fish Kill?

My wife and I were on the way back from Walleye Univ . at Erie today and thought we would swing by Shenango on the way home today. We stopped at the boat ramp at the State Park and drove down to the water for a look see and there were a bunch of dead fish like a bath tub ring all around the shore and the ramp, two separate rings. Anybody know whats up with that? Did not look to be any game fish . Was one pick-up and boat trailer there who ever it was is dedicated cause it was COLD .

Yes I have seen it at Wilhelm last spring! That’s okay it takes care of the bigger shad so bait fish are in line.

That’s great , Do you fish out of Erie Pa? My son and I go out of Port Clinton and the islands going there May 15-21 take boat , been going there 9 years now. I fish out of Erie pa to but like Ohio better. We trolling with big boards and side boards. Walleye and crappie are only fish I target.

Shenango Lake is a Corp of Engineers lake and the park is federal. The rates are cheaper there, than state parks are.

We have on our boat , also out of Ashtabula , we have taken charters out of Erie and Port Clinton. Walleye and smallmouth are main targets in Lake Erie.
