The Corp of Engineers has closed the Clark Ramp again for the water level being too high at Shenango.

This was a poor choice to put a boat ramp on the lake anyway. It’s the lowest level area on the entire lake.

Agreed, but it is also the only Handicapped Area, where people in wheel chairs, can fish, and not worry about going into the water. Also the drop off, when launching there, falls away really quickly.

The ramp is open again, until all the rains later in the week. My observation for at what point they close it, is if the lake gets 1 1/2 ft over normal lake pool, they close it.
