    Fished the lake this morning, just had to go out sitting in the house was driving me crazy. Lake is down and clear, I could see the bottom 3 foot down. Didn't catch any crappie but did catch fish. 1 largemouth (5#). 2 cats over 18 inches, 4 perch, and. One large fish that I couldn't bring in. All on minnows 6 -8 feet down.

    I found a huge school of crappies today. Most were between 9 and 12". Never left the first spot. Jig under a bobber in 8ft, 4ft down. Released over sixty, kept around 25. I sat between two brushpiles and casted to them both. Fun day. Headed to SW KY this weekend.
