Wco Doyle also said PA already approved it but had to wait for Ohio to pass it before enforcing it

Yea, hope they move on it. When they wanted to go to 20 hp on the lake, they had to wait on Ohio to pass the law too. You would think that the two states would work together, and pass laws at the same time for Pymy. Guess it is like other things, no communication, when wanting to do things. So, it isn't a law in the fishing books for this year starting 2017, so they can't enforce it until 2018.

I feel it should be a part of the year thing like during ice season . Because most fish are tightly schooled up during that time and with word of mouth or social Media certain areas can get hammered . This year looks to be a bust for ice season . Some lakes could use a break . I just hope if the reg isn't working they step back and research other options . One example of panfish enhancement not working was high point lake for perch . The lake is loaded with pike, pickeral and some large bass . You could fish your but off and maybe get a few keepers but it was a joke. The problem there was a perch had a slim chance making 7 inches let alone 9 with all the pike and bass . Now another lake with enhancements and no pike
Or muskie ,walleye ECT I regularly catch slabs were before the regs it was mostly dinks .

I also think people need to change there tactics just like for walleye . People want everything easy without putting time in to gain success . The ones complaining are probably going to the same spot every time out throwing a bobber and minnow and not doing well like they did twenty years ago . So first thing they do is cry to the commission instead of trying something new.
