Did you check out the crappie.com store? Would think that Ed would still have some. If they are not there, contact Slab in a PM.

Went and looked in the store, and couldn't find them. So I PM'ed Ed to see. He makes them for other states too, and they aren't showing either. Will let you know, when I hear from him.
