    Default Looking for suggestions

This board is for all Pa members. What suggestions might you have to make it better? We could post links for lakes, so that others can obtain info about them. Would like to see it more active, than it currently is. Some states are having their fishing reports locked up, and members have to have a required number of posts before they can access them, to keep lurkers out. Would this be something that all of you would like to see? I am always open to suggestions, and if you don't want others to see what is on your mind, you can always PM me, and I could post it to see what others think.

    Thanks Keith

Most of the reports come from western Pa. I don't think many crappie fishermen from central or eastern Pa. will drive that far to fish. The fishermen on this side of state don't really do that much posting of local lakes. As far as going that way to fish it gets kind of hard with pulling boat with motor home. Getting to and fro boat dock and campground is a pain with motor home. As for pulling camper then boat sits at home. Eastern Pa. has many lakes but most are electric motors only so most guys with bigger boats don't even bother. Maybe with links to lakes it might get a few more posts.

Yes, you are right about the north western part of the state doing more posts than the rest. If you are a member here, don't you think that your fishing posts are just as important to us, than just the western part? This site can only be better, if all contribute, not just a few. So send me the links to the lakes, and I can sticky them in a post at the top of the page. Where you fish and post, is what counts. Myself am hoping to make a trip past Harrisburg to fish in May on Lake Marburg a couple days, with friends on another fishing board. This is also not about a get/together, but just about this board being more active.

I am from the Sunbury area with no local crappie lakes. I mainly fish Sayers Lake and Cowanesque Lake. Sayers being 80 miles one way and the Cow 130. Sayers has a ton of crappies but the size is small. The Cow not as many but bigger size
