When you say they spawned are you referring to last year????
I pray that I may live to fish....... Until my dying day.
And when it comes to my last cast, I then most humbly pray:
When in the Lord's great landing net And peacefully asleep
That in His mercy I be judged Big enough to keep.

Yeah....I did notice that after the post. Thanks for the heads up. It is very unlikely for a noticable amount of crappie to die do to spawning stress, is he claiming this happens every year during the spawn?

No, I only saw it last year, but have hear of it happening before that.

I fish it from the bank and sometimes by a friends boat for all types. You do need to watch your lines trolling longline on the weekends

I have form the bank, and I think the fish are still not use to the water level yet, with it going up and down so much but it looks like they may finally keep it up, but with all of the rain coming its anyones guess.

Some ramp are reachable but there are no docks yet
