Goggle Eye or Warmouth in Louisiana. I should point out north Louisiana also because the north and south refer to fish with different names.
is a green sunfish. 100% not a warmouth. Warmouth are more elongated with much larger mouths.A 4" warmouth has a bigger mouth than the fish the gentelman posted. The light shading around the fins is also a dead giveaway, this is very common in large sunfish, which his looks like. If you look on the edges of the fins you will see the lighter color. Sinfish: The fish the guy pictured is darker but that doesnt matter, its just that color b/c of the water it came from. Here are Sunfish.

Young gun your photos show 2 kinds but in the northern streams of Arkansas we also have Shadow Bass and Ozark Bass species which look in shape real similar too. Thanks for correcting folks.
