    Doggone it those pictures are great!!! No not of you---of the fish.lol lol I would have thought that was a shellcracker but not important. Just plain a nice fish.
    I went and looked up a pumpkinseed and now I can't tell the difference because some look just like red ear to me .
    Most all the pumpkinseed I catch here in these parts are real small . Thanks for sharing the well taken pictures.

    I believe that's a redear. Nice fish, buddy! We've got some that size around here too. I love redear, even the little ones.
