    Both jig's made by fall's bait co.Top one called a flick tail,bottom one a fireball minnow.

    1/64 with #8 hook on top I'm not sure what size hook on the bottom but I'd say 1/64 with a #10.The minnow came with this hook but I usually change it to 1/64 #8 hook.

    I've never really fished for bluegills with jigs. How do most of you fish the jigs? Straight down beside the boat? Cast out and retrieve bumping it off the bottom? Just curious.

    A black grizzly jig 1/64 oz. with slip bobber and 1/8 to 1/16 splitshot for slingshotting under docks!!!!!!!!!!!

    pstone are you targeting the larger gill's?I have some slater jig's I use on crappie and they will catch everything.I used them once and caught a few catfish of all thing's.A friend of mine told me he catche's alot of big gill's on them.

    Default Hunt em down with jigs

    I will usually slow retrieve with a small pumpkin seed bettle to find the beds and then have the crickets ready if you catch a couple of big gills. Cover more ground and catch a few crappie and shells along the way.

    We used a jig or weighted fly called a Rockhopper. Fished under a cork and tipped with a Crappie Nibble. My buds and I whacked them yesterday using these.
