    not the second one though ,
    this getting older thing makes them lil things a bit more of a challenge on a big hook , not kidding .....

    i would call it the same , they vary alot in coloration in these parts , but to be very sure that there BIG attitude remains the same

    No doubt a warmouth with part of its tail chewed off:

    Warmouth's mouths are closer to a bass than a sunfish in size, the lip extending further back than the usual sunnie and larger in diameter. In fact, warmouth have many appearances depending on season and location and are mistaken for other sunfish species.
