RARE time
don't use this rod often , it is a for SURE nice panfish rod , sure did have fun with it yesterday , bought the only thing I dint ketch with it was a carp yesterday, sure enough good times , right after a huge ripping thunderstorm and cold front pushing in , used a tiny custom handtie , one was orange and yellow and one was red and yellow , lost one releasing a big catfish due to my error and forgetting to unhook it BEFORE I tossed it BACK !
the line went KABOOM to sat the least ....
made me say a bad word too , just saying ....
was all alone , was fun , rod stayed bent up and the reel was screaming ...
don't get much better for sure
and YES the song remains the same ....KABOOM

the really interesting part is the amount of fight in the fish and different ways they fight , it is surprising to me how some fool me , most of the time when I hook up , it is a that's a whatever , but in the spring they seem to have a bit more of the watch this going on, the larger crappie were pulling and fighting very much like bass yesterday .
