When I talked to Jeff at the expo he was talking about them and showed me some pics of them in the packaging he had on his phone. I know he was telling me the colors and how tungsten is hard to work with. I know typically he would like plated gold and nickel but not really a possibility with tungsten or I don’t think so. Very cool to chat with him and pick his brain. I’d love to get out and fish with David sometime as well. Just good folks down there at the TroutMagnet place.

Anybody know How much they are going for ?
The ones I’m making from a size 10 Mustad Ultrapoint jig hook and a 4.6mm Tungsten bead are costing me about forty five cents each .
    They don’t weigh 1/32 , but they’re close .
With me fishing around a lot of riprap , I sometimes lose a few .

They're not ready for market yet. There is issue with the head. So don't know what the price will be but it will be more than 45 cents....LOL.

Thanks for the update. I’m pretty excited to hopefully get the new trout Magnet colors. And depending on cost I might pick up some of the tungsten heads when available.

Welp my brother called today to place an order so he could get some samples of the unreleased colors. The lady who answered, checked if she could actually do it and . . . It was a no go guys. So we’ll just have to wait like all the other peasants. Lol. Sorry if you get in trouble Randy.

No trouble at all. No way to know if Jeff was there or not when he called. But that came straight from the owner to tell y’all that….LOL. I do know he has more irons in the fire than I would ever want. Not sure I would go into the lure business after seeing how much work he puts in.

    Regards
