Crazy how life is. 90% of my Growing years were spent within 200 miles of Lake Havasu, with the majority of them being within the 150 mile mark and though we herd of it, I have never been. My dad was stationed all over the high and low desert of Southern Calif., then retired from the Marine Corps in 1970 and moved us to Barstow. Don't know where it is??? It's at the extreme west end of I-40. The junction of I-40 and I-15, Just a mere 154 miles from any where...smack dab in the middle from LA, Las Vegas and the Colorado River...On my Bucket list. And if the DOJ ever gets to my claims for the Camp Lejune Fiasco, I'll be there for a month or two while Ms Joyce visits her Daughter and Grand babies in Pheonix...Great pics JJJ's Sure miss Sonny's write-ups.
