Thanks for the update, I agree with Gill, that thing is spacious, and it sounds like it is outfitted to your liking, know you'll have the depth finder setup to your liking in short order, the new addition on the trolling motor sounds like it is perfect, I been particularly interested in the/a jet, lots of narrow/back water here that one would be extremely handy, the speed would not bother me because we typically put in close to waters we plan on fishing, I like it

Nah Ketchn that ain't for me. Guiding is a lot of work as you know. I just ain't up to it now. Good guides earn every penny they charge. I know you've been out this way before and if you are ever out here again and want to fish give me a shout.

    Regards

Yeah I made the right call on the motor for sure. While you can save a 1000 bucks and get all the same GPS features on the new Ulterra you don't get the beefed up frame or a brushless motor as on the Quest Ulterra. Iv'e never been around a trolling motor as quiet as this one for sure.

Thanks.....Yeah this boat can get shallow for sure. Opens up more water than when had my V bottom. Passed up a lot of good bluegill waters in the spring cause I was afraid I would ground the boat and get stuck. The dealer has the exact same boat and he tells me it only takes 5 inches to float it. I'm going top test that out.

Congratulations. What a really nice fishing platform. Looks big enough that you might need a map to get around in it.

I love those chairs you're using. Where did you get them?
