    Default Sight ketchn

often times what drives my location is the fish location , this in turn ups my percentage on the ketch per cast program .....
I always read the water before I hit it and look for the tell tale signs of fish ......
as seen in this image ,when I rolled up on the bridge over the river to ketch some crappie ....
there in the sunlight, set a bunch of river bream ....did I target them you might ask ....nope
but there is a likely hood they will get hammered soon .....just saying
    KABOOM is near

I target boat ramps, especially the riprap along the sides .

Interesting for sure. I check the area around the boat ramp each time. Brim, minnows, and just anything swimming can be an indication (not necessarily a given) of activity around the area. Ketch, you situation reminds me of the old drill sgt saying"smoke em if ya got em" I guess it is now Fish em if ya see em!
