That’s a good eater size, congrats on the PB’s. Two in a day is a good thing. Culver’s restaurant sells walleye around Easter time and that’s all I’ve ever had but it’s good. Hope you find a few more.

I have a question Capt C. What's the best way to rig up and fish for one just in case my traveling/fishing took me to a good water? Oh and congrats on the PB, Z! First time saw a walleye post.

The easiest way to cover a lot of water is to use a bottom bouncer with a worm harness. It very popular technique and proven to catch walleye.
    Troll speed 1.2mph -1.8mph.
To keep things simple use a 2 ounce Bottom walker that will work up to 40ft of water. Walleye in the summer should be 1ft of to 40ft of water. I would concentrate my efforts around 20ft to 40ft in the summer.
