Nice catches no doubt. Can’t imagine having PN over the whole body. Hopefully they can get something going good for you.

I was thinking as I was looking at the pics how good a trip this was for you. Very glad to see you getting all those fish, sure nuf pretty. The smallie was just the icing. Being diabetic my doc checks for neuropathy every time I go in. Those rods look terrible and I need to work on em. Let me give you my address…….

Skeet,
Nice spot/fish and good to be out, not so good as for how I was doing. Had some neurological issues over 13 yrs. ago, they diminished to almost zero and reappeared middle of Covid as numbness in hands which I never had before. Put off due to Covid and when that started to ease off began to look for diag./treatment. With cancer diag. in Dec., the neurological stuff was put on hold, but the symptoms have progressed very fast the last six months and the cancer treatments worsen it. And that gear is the only thing around here that is in decent shape!!!!
I also forgot to ask, where do you get the worm in the one pic? Nikko makes them and I’ve tried to find some that aren’t junk and break on the first fish but no luck so far. Be real cool to find some made from the elastech kinda stuff that Zman uses. Thanks in advance.
Alpha, I know they are. Any of us would be happy with them. We operators of said equipment don’t look near as good.

Skeet,
Since you mentioned the Zman Elaztech baits I decided to attach a pic to explain. Top left is a Zman Elaztech Finesse Shad Z which I cut to make two baits. I use the front section to make a minnow style bait (deadly on Smallies in creek last year) and back section is used as a panfish worm(very durable, tail will float up if using w/jighead.) There are other Zman worm baits sold that can be modified for panfish use. Right top is Mad River trout worm (somewhat durable) and Creme Lures worm (not very durable). These I just cut down as I fish, they rip at front mostly no matter if glued or not.
