Default Most unusual place to catch a fish

I was out fishing yesterday and while I was walking around this lake that has a concrete walk all around it I looked down and there was separation between the slabs of about 1.5" and since I seen water I checked the depth and there was about 5" of water several feet from the lake itself I dropped my little jig into the crack and it got whacked by a green sunfish. Pulled a half dozen of these out in just a few minutes. a couple were too thick to fit through the crack. Color of these were almost black, darkest greenies I've ever seen. Next time I go there I'll get some pics of me fishing the sidewalk. What is your most unusual place that you caught a fish?

Thought provoking for everyone. Hmmm, a small crick with one deep hole. Rest of the crick was bone dry so it stands to reason I would catch a fish in that hole…right?

out of a dump truck (no kidding) in an old quarry, the cool thing the water is so clear you can see the fish roll on your bait, I have caught around 20 for the most out of it, but most trips it was 3-10, sadly that property has been sold to a "dive" group and no fishing

My wife was sitting on our dock fishing, I start to walk out there when I saw a nice channel cat swimming around below the walkway. The bottom of our seawall had rusted away over the years and the channel cat had chased some shad behind the seawall. I grabbed a 12 ft crappie rod and dropped a jig down about 6 inches deep behind the wall. The channel cat sucked it down and I yanked him out as quick as I could before he had a chance to turn back under the sharp edges of the wall. So I was fishing for about 3 seconds and caught a channel cat about 5 pounds. Went back to my chair and set in the shade.

I transplanted about a hundred bluegill from a pond I could cast across that was going dry. I ran out of time, lots of fish still there. Then the herons found em.
