    Default Pretty Good Day of Fishing


    Had a pretty decent day (for me) of panfishing on the Little River this morning. Used Trout Magnets and also Road Runners with Crappie a magnet bodies.

    Was able to catch several small fish, no big boys, but plenty of fun anyway. It was super hot today here in East Tennessee. I think the high was 93?

    Here’s a video of my trip for anyone who is interested. This heat sure makes the fishing tough. Counting the days until Fall so I can get back out on the lake and chase some bigger crappie.

    Would love to take a trip with someone who knows how to find crappie out deep during the summer. I am struggling with that right now. Hoping to upgrade to a side scan Humminbird fish finder and learn how to use it. Maybe that will improve my chances. Hope you guys have a safe and happy July 4th! - Chris (Pistol Creek Panfishing)
