Isn't that the lake where the nuclear waste overflows into it? 1lb average is phenomenal. Take advantage of that resource, it is special.

Welcome to the forum from middle Georgia. I’ve never been west of the Mississippi but those super fish have me rethinking my approach to not traveling to any place I could walk home from in a couple of weeks.

Really great fish!! California and Arizona produce phenomenal panfish.
I miss Sonny's posts, too...Really cool dude it seemed!!
Perris is a fantastic lake, it's in riverside county, I'm in San Diego about 60 miles south.
I've always dreamed of fishing the southern lakes with there beauty.
California (WAS) a sportsmens paradise, very diverse terrain.
But it's a sport no longer attractive to the younger guys and gals.
As the old timers pass along, the lakes are empty.
Fishing license sales show this.
If your ever out here, I'll take ya out for the day.
Tight lines
