First two are hybrids. Most likely a redbreast sunfish x bluegill sunfish. Last one is a green sunfish.

Both the first and second fish and elongated and round opercular flaps which are traits exclusive to redbreast sunfish. Additionally, the "green ancestry cheeks" doesn't make much sense because redbreasts have the same features. Both are most likely redbreast x bluegill hybrids Just saying.
First and second pictures are the same fish .
I posted both pictures to give a good view of the characteristics of the fish .
The third picture is of my largest green sunfish caught that day .
