we do it for trout sometimes when they stock them in the winter here , might be great if you are targeting sunfish too ....
with crappie nibbles, worms, wax worms? I was wondering if anyone has put a worm on like a Mepps Agila plain single hook spinner?
thanks

Never have but Mepps makes some with plastic minnows on em so I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.

I have tipped a regular rooster tail with either a leech or a piece of nightcrawler when fishing north of the border for
walleye and northerns. It seems to work well. Good luck if you try the smaller ones for panfish...should work !

I use the Dressed Aglia often. Usually a #3 and I have never tipped one. Maybe that is a good idea for followers who just can't seem to pull the trigger. Since it a moving bait with flash I wonder if it would help?
great idea!
