Thread: Late start this morning.

I had a cardiologist appointment this morning which put me late getting in my little trip .
Good news from the doc, my AFib is in recession , but he still wants me to continue to take my blood thinner in case it comes back . Pessimist , LOL !

Anyways , I got to the town pond at high noon . And it was hot !
I caught one by the bridge on about my tenth cast . And it went dry for next thirty minutes.
Tried the shaded dam side of the pond and couldn’t buy a bite .
Gave the bridge once last try before I left and on a called last cast that was able to get just under the bridge and I caught my second gill .
Had to celebrate the good news about my heart , but wished it’d been a little cooler .

Glad you got out. Those were nice and no doubt a good fight.
