Cute little fella. Barely larger than the bait...lol.
Got out a couple days ago before daylight and started off with a jointed shad rap until it was light enough to see my float. Felt a couple bumps and when I reeled it in this little green sunfish managed to get one hook from the rear treble in it's mouth. I think the crank bait was bigger. Did get a couple nice crappie on jigs once it got light.

Glad you got out Jim. Cool little fish with large attitude. I’m not finding many crappie when I go but the gills have been good to me. Thanks for taking me along.
