    Default Creek fishing

I figured the creek was going to be high , but because I had a dead battery in the Rav4 when I tried to go fishing this morning, I needed to drive some to charge up the battery .

The battery was dead because the Toyota dealer failed to check the fluids last time I was in for a service . Took twenty ounces to fill it up .

When I got to the creek, it was perfect flow , but still stained .
I left the motor running, and fished for 30 minutes.
I caught seven , mostly redbreast on my 6’ Tica Flea 5 wt and my 6’ TFO Sig. ii 2wt .
The Flea maybe a good one to throw small poppers and hoppers on .
The creek redbreast have some pretty colors .
The little one had some nice blue on it .

Pretty fish, gill. Yes, the last one did have a pretty shade of blue, almost like an indigo.

Good job, Gillchaser. We do not have redbreast sunfish in southwest Pa., there are some east of here. Very pretty fish.

Started to head out this morning to go fish a little while and the Toyota barely started .
    New battery time .
Maybe I can get a short trip in this afternoon if the thunderstorms don’t keep me home .
