Caught it on a handtied panfish bug tipped with a Slabinator Scent Stick, orange crawfish scent. Fishing with Varivas 2.3# Lemoni Ester line. Caught a couple others with a 1/64 jighead with Gulp maggots and Crappie Nibbles. And of course Slab Sauce. The emerging lily pads are pretty rough on this 2.3# line so I'll be switching up to 4# next time.

Been thinking about using the Slabanator Scent Sticks on a Cabin Creek Pop-Eye Jig, rather than a wax worm, for spawning panfish in our local lakes. I'm already using them on my double jig rigs for Livescope flipping, and have seen them make a difference in fish biting or just "checking out" the jig.
