Thursday on the lake
Caught most of them on beetle spins and roadrunners with a panfish magnet in bison color. On the beetle spin I caught the plastic down the middle to make it thinner so it gives more room for the hook.
Used my micro lite rod for the beetle spins and TFO trout/panfish rod for the roadrunners.
The wind laid down some later in the evening but during the afternoon it was rough.

That first male Gill was nice but the real stars of the show were the Red Ear. I could just see the perfect conditions on the video, overcast, slight wind blowing into a grassy shallow flat…..the feed bag was on! Lots tasty fish Tacos to be had in that spot!
