ESP ultralite rods still in production from Norsemen Outdoors, Inc. (for more info) and Grizzly Jig. Co. Usually pair up vintage reels with like era rods, but that little ESP rod, with that type of handle, is a good match with older reels. Purchased when they first came out years ago, nice little ultralite. Thanks for asking.
