    Default Raritan River Sunfish

My last video from the New Jersey series I filled this summer was just released. I spent about an hour fishing the Raritan River with some night crawlers. Obviously I wasn't going after anything huge, but I just love the colors on the redbreast sunfish. Teal is my favorite color and the larger fish in this species have some beautiful teal colors on them. Hope you like it.

Very informative and "relaxing" to watch video. Thank you for sharing.

Nice. Parts of the Raritan have some pretty water. Thanks for the post.

Arthur, I can see lots of angler's favorite sunfish is the bluegills and redears, but where i'm at greenies get to a good size, 6 to 8. At that size fishing for them with topwater lures is a blast with UL or XUL rod running 2lb line. Awesome location!
